Community-based, land-use issues continue to develop and change due to court decisions and new legislation.
Citizen Planner Online was created through Michigan State University Extension to provide a convenient training opportunity for busy citizens and professionals involved in complex land use issues. The dynamic and unique online program was made possible, in part, with funding from People and Land and the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
